yeah read about it somewhere , Vaughan has been on the cutting edge for snow removal . I know the works department uses a brine spray to keep ice from forming at the beginning of a snow fall , also they use a high tech green ( both in colour and environmentally ) salt substitute. It is more expensive but you use less of it .

Kind of laughed when I saw the Url was called , " Dude! Where's My Snow Plow ? " the quintessential Canadian comedy. I agree that Vaughan is on the leading edge - but was this really necessary? Cost-wise?

I'd rather track my teenage kids. That would be a service i'd pay for. Give him a cell phone (with GPS transmitter), then go online and see where the heck he is. Yes, I am a dastardly spy-parent.
